Kate Williams D.C.

Dr. Kate Williams, an Appleton native, has always been passionate about health. While in college she was introduced to chiropractic medicine and knew this was the field for her. Dr. Williams loves working in a field that does not focus on treating symptoms, but rather looks to find what is causing the symptoms in the first place. Chiropractic is centered around helping the body heal itself.

Dr. Kate Williams received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. While at Logan, Dr. Williams became very interested in pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic care. She became president of the Pediatrics Club and also began taking additional seminars in pregnancy and pediatric care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She also became certified in the Webster technique. Since graduating in 2012 Dr. Williams has completed her nutrition certification that allows her to advise patients on nutrition. In March of 2023, she graduated from the Food Enzyme Institute as a Digestive Health Professional.

Dr. Kate Williams has been blessed with a wonderful and supportive family. She has two energetic and spirited children that keep her and her husband very busy! Dr. Williams truly believes in the benefits of pediatric chiropractic care. Both of her children were adjusted shortly after birth and still love to climb up on the table to get adjusted on a regular basis. She has seen first-hand in her practice and with her family the difference chiropractic care can make! Chiropractic care is so much more than just treating low back pain or headaches; it is about improving the function of the nervous system so that you can live a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle also requires a good diet, regular exercise, and minimizing exposure to toxins which are all things that Dr. Kate loves to educate her patients on.

In her free time, Dr. Kate loves being outdoors and enjoys hiking, camping, and biking. She is always finding new healthy and delicious recipes. She firmly believes that it is possible to enjoy healthy meals; you just have to know the right recipes!

AMY

In 2017 Amy graduated from Fox Valley Technical College with her Associate's Degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Although she has a degree in Occupational Therapy, her heart resides in natural and holistic health and she is excited to get the opportunity to assist others as the Chiropractic Assistant at Well Within.

She has always had a passion for health and wellness and has seen personally how chiropractic care is such an important part of taking care of the body. She loves that Well Within specializes in providing chiropractic care to pregnant mothers and children.

While not working, you can find Amy spending time with her husband and son, up north with her family, out in her garden, camping, or reading up on health research articles and books. Amy is so excited to be a part of Well Within Chiropractic and to get the chance to be a part of you and your family's health journey!

She strives to connect with each patient and their families on a personal level, and to make everyone feel welcomed and heard.
